Defending CENEX

Re: 01072015 news broadcast, CENEX "$30 Rent" Cardboard Box"

I was surprised by the 'angle' of the reporting and the 'leading comments' asked of a 'former-homeless' person.

Political satire and free expression is how I interpret the sign on the cardboard box (Charlie Hebdo style) -- for Homelessness is the "only option" for the needy, the poor, single parents, and those who experience discrimination the most, such as GayLandIs (world's LGBTQ peoples).  Therefore, reminders, such as political-satire, are vital today.

Please freely-express the right to free-expression, political/socio-economic satire is under attack from many subtle (and not so-subtle, re: Charlie Hebdo) 'angles.'  Everybody has an excuse to be 'offended' (catchphrase for "hate" somebody else and deny equality, free-speech).

The CENEX Franchise owner and employees should not be ridiculed nor scorned, but celebrated for their efforts at Public Awareness regarding these topics.

Thank you, and kind regards, always,
