Defending Michael Brown:

Firstly, I grew up in an oppressed demographic.  I understand the frustration.  The certain knowledge that the powers-that-be just don't get it.  Are oblivious to it.  Which is impossible in an impossibly complicated world, therefore, they must know and just scapegoat, endlessly, while endlessly chanting memorized soundbites, and reasonable-sounding "puppies, kittens and rainbows" platitudes.  Yes, I do indeed understand the frustration.

I watched the news coverage closely.  I'll say more about that in a moment. 

I saw the aftermath of White Night, up close and personally.  I lived through the decade of gay-bashings, the arrests, the Registry of those "in, around, and/or nearby the vicinity..." of White Night."  After the cops had been "laterally moved" to other departments, other municipalities, the following year, nearly to the day, I was attacked by one.  Attacked by the police.  I was sixteen years old, White Night, and seventeen on it's anniversary when the cops attacked me.  I have a damaged bone in my neck from it.  The cops attacked all of us on their Registry, any excuse would do.  I had a $10 traffic ticket and no money.  They took me to jail.  My classmates watched, said nothing.

And that's the problem.  Nobody says anything.  Nobody does anything.  Like it's all 'normal.'  It is not.

My classmates, fellow band members, were at Terrace View Park.  I didn't participate in the "offending behaviors/activities" that brought the cops swarming.  I was just standing there.  And I did have valid identification.  Most of the others had none.  When my name was found in the Registry, they attacked.  I am a small person, and at the time, only seventeen, not a "michael brown" in size or mannerisms, by any means.  Had I been, perhaps they'd have used firearms?  Five bullets?  I dunno.

My class band members, all High School age kids, who were taking turns doing "donuts" in a '63 Volkswagon Beetle, on the grass, in the playground, did not listen to me when I said "don't do that."  I thought it was stupid.  We were not drinkers or pot smokers.  We should have been in school, but it was cancelled that day, due to volcanic ash from Mt. Saint Helens, a thousand miles from White Night but Ground Zero from White Establishment.

Did I mention that skin color had nothing to do with it?  Did I mention that there was a Registry?  For "not their kinds of people?"  For those of us born around or nearby, and were seen within the vicinity of the Castro District within the White Night nights, we were registered as Enemies of White Establishment.  "Enemy of the State," is the popular phrase.  I do not know the terminology that Law Enforcement used (uses?), but all of us there, or who came there to witness, to see, to lend a hand or our hearts, became their "enemy suspects," and remained as such if involved in a same-sex relationship, as I was.

On the Anniversary of these events, to the day, I was arrested, after being attacked, like so many of us, if not all, any excuse would do, any piece of paper.  That's all it was.  A goddamned piece of paper.  Ten dollars.  Bail was forty.  I borrowed it from my sister, and she bailed me out.  Might as well have been four-hundred.  Impossible money.  I was a kid.  There was still blood on my shirt, blood stains on my face, hair and hands.  Every Naturally Born Gay I knew got a similar "treat" from cops.  I know there are those who "assimilated properly" into White Establishment and yet somehow manage to claim they are still "oppressed," but most that "made it" were living double-lives, lieing and cheating, hiding in closets of deception, cowering behind women, the ultimate misogyny.  Meanwhile, most of us honest Gays were continuously fired, denied employment, housing, credit, and even the Food Banks gave stacks of paperwork to us, not food.  The Black Community was harsher to us than my white friends, and many still are.  I just want to point that out.  It's difficult to run to the assistance of those that hate me.

Anyway, I understand the frustration.  I know we are all born-into-it, and, the world wasn't invented upon our First Breaths.  And the frustration of having a Law Enforcement and Justice System that expects everyone to live a "mormon lifestyle" or be punished, labeled "heretics, blasphemers, infidels," -- suspected -- guilty until concocted guiltier.  I understand the frustration.

I was working in the Los Angeles area when the four cops that beat Rodney King, the verdict from that trial was announced. "They're going to burn down the city," I said to my co-workers.  Within an hour, clouds of smoke billowed over the Hollywood Hills, towards Sherman Oaks, the office tower where I worked, GMAC.  Gunfire could be heard from all directions.  Constantly, every few minutes.  Nobody knew if it was a gang of armed thugs coming our way, or cops, or what.

Then the decade of suspicion that followed.  Same as after White Night.  All gains, stymied.  All advances, retreated, retarded, all 'flames of hope" extinguished, replaced by flames of fury, hostility, accussations, suspicions --- suspicions --- suspicions --- the endless suspicions, at home, at work, at the store, at the hospital ... " ... is that really a flu shot, or a syringe of sickness and death?"

How would I know?  Just roll-up our sleeves and take it.

Meanwhile, my first husband got sick and died, and so many of my friends.  Meanwhile, I'd re-same-sex-married, and if it were not for CBS Employees, who were prohibited from saying the 'g-word,' (gay), or getting involved, got involved because their employer wouldn't, and if it were not for CBS employees, like my first husband, President Reagan would never have said those three simple letters, "HIV."

I don't have it, btw.  I was always monogomous.  The sanctity of marriage is defended by monogomy, no matter what is in a participant;s crotch or what is done in private.  Marriage is marriage, and love does not discriminate.

The suspicions -- a decade of it after White Night, the riot.  The suspicions, the accusations, the 'wedges to divide' that keep being thrown at us, instead of integrating us.  We are products of this environment.  We are born into-it.  Why can't we change it?  Why does it go on so long?  Why?  Why, damn you, why!

But who are such words spoken to?  Who do you tell?  Who do you say it to?  Who can snap their fingers and make it so?  And why, during the LA Riot, did the news only show pockets of small groups of angry blacks?  I WAS THERE!  There was just as many Whites and Asians and Hispanics, even Natives in the streets that day!  Liars!

Yes, I understand the frustration.

Again, I've watched the news coverage closely.  And, once again, we see the same 'ole, same 'ole from White Establishment, the "Good 'ole Boys'" Club status quo:  tunnel-vision.  The Wilson v Brown incident was a singular event, just a TRIGGER.  It's as if the 'powers-that-be' forgot everything that occurred before. All the other incidents were covered in the news in the same way, just like it, and all the reasons youth become like Michael Brown ignored.  As though blaming and shaming one (or two) will "fix it."  It never has before.  Where did they come-up with that formula?  Are they that dumb or just that damned mean?  With all those PhDs, how could they be that fucking ignorant?  So which is it?  Dumb or mean?  You can't have it 'both ways,' to borrow their own words.

And after White Night, just like the LA Riot,  they scapegoat, somebody, anybody, then, the same people that ignored it all along, profit from atop the confusion, rubble, misery and grief, photo-op'ing for fame and fortune, getting 'phaaat' for the camera.  Job-security for future-generations of college-grads, professionally 'unionized,' donating back to a particular political 'entity' of the Legislative Branch, so they, themselves, can "party-on, dude," at tax-payer expense.  It's about the Credential Sales.  That's all.  Bottom-line.  A Predatory Credentialing System.  That's "the formula" they follow, goose-step in lock-step, and we've got multi-trillion dollar debts that proves it.

There's no 'balance-of-power' here.  It's fake, just like Equality is fake, just like "freedom of the press" is fake, and free-expression is faked, and free speech is fake, let alone sharing one's freely-expressed faith in one's own words is faked.  If you have to quote or plaigairize somebody else, you haven't freely-expressed anything about your faith, or your politics, or your life.

ALL PEOPLE ARE UNIQUE -- nobody can speak for you, and nobody has a right to alter YOUR WORDS.

No exceptions.  No matter who you are or what, or why, or how or when.  Jefferson's Promise, the Founding Fathers' gurantee to all.  There is nobody "left behind" in that.  Not even me.  Is there?  Yet there are thousands of neo-nazi websites and Jihadi websites, people that would march me to Death Camps in a heartbeat, yet my words are deemed "offensive"?  The world censored from MY WORDS?  That's violating the Civil Rights of the entire world.  You don't censor an individual, you censor the world from individuals.  Me?

Me!?  How would I know!?

I consider the five senses of humankind to be gifts.  These gifts allow us to experience reality, and clearly define the difference between what is real and what is fake, between what is reality and what is imagined, between what is an opinion and what is a belief.  We can squabble about where these Gifts come from, but it doesn't matter in this context, all are free to express their beliefs about ORIGINS of such things as they choose, in their own words and own ways.  That's the beauty of our country, our words are not chosen for us, and we are not denied equality because of freely-expressed speech.

Or is it?

Officer Wilson, in the Age of Suspicion, was born-into this world, this country of double-standards, just like the rest of us.  That cabal of a Predatory Credentialing System, an extremist religio-unionized-HigherEd-Legislated PARTY at taxpayer expense, puts a "rain-in-'splain" "puppet" on a podium, reading a teleprompter, spewing soundbites and platitudes of the Good 'ole Boys Club, selling future-generations of credentials at taxpayer expense.  Has it ever done anything else?  Ever? 

Has it ever made anything truly "new, improved, cleaner, better, brighter, whiter, super-duper easier, less-complicated, less expense?  LESS EXPENSIVE?!  Ever?  Look around you.  What is LESS EXPENSIVE?  You think they can peak gas prices, then after 'reducing the cost' by a few dimes or quarters, you can finally buy a jet plane?  A trip around the world?  Retire?  A new wardrobe, or buy Equality, or buy into the American Dream?

If I learn some "hip hop lingo," and learn some professional dancers' union "moves," can I sell Insurance to kids, too?  Or Ensurance to the status quo?

See, it's very subtle.  I don't like "subtle" at all.  Here's a quick example of how 'subtle' is undermining self-determination, self-reliance, and human productivity and development, using the Energy Sector as an example:

EXXON TAKE NOTE:

I just saw an advertisement.  It was so well made.  However, the statement was, "boiling an egg ..."  which seems innocuous, but certainly is not.  See, the egg is the symbol of eternal life in all languages, all cultures, everywhere.  The Predatory Credentialing System is promoting another agenda:  "scalding life" -- "global warming" -- "cookbook of man" -- "more taxes, fees, fines, regulatory agencies as "job security" for future generations of college-grads -- CREDENTIAL SALES -- professionally unionized, 'donating-back' to a particular politically entity within the Legislative Branch of all (not 'some') governments, at taxpayer expense.  We are trillions and trillions in debt because of it.

Exxon's marketing department is working against it, SUBTLY, promoting the TheoryWorship of a Predatory Credentialing System, that worships theories as "ultimate truths," with one slogan: " ... the FINAL SOLUTION is DEPOPULATION," the shared-value fanaticisms of al Qaida, ISIS and Hitler.

Exxon, HEAR MY WORDS:  the 'current crop' of the 'credentialed' is oblivious to it.  You can't point at an individual and say," ... it's your fault!"  They are born-in to it.  That said, fire your Marketing Department in entirety and pull the ad immediately.  You are one of the world's finest companies, and it's your own internal marketing department that is now working against you and your most honorable, oldest-of-profession's (the profession of providing to all people equally, all families, be it a family of one or a family of many, opportunities in productivity to reduce BURDENS) MISSION STATEMENT: "energizing hearts, homes and life."  No 'double-standards,' subtle or otherwise, appreciated.  Kind regards, always.  Shalom (phonetically spelled, from Russian to US-Engmush : "dosvedonya" -- same thing, but there is no comparable English word.  Did you know that?).

See, the thing is, I have 15 dead friends, and, also hundreds of aquaintances, beaten, cast-out, denied equality, traumatized, that were enticed into drug and alcohol abuse, felonized, and can't vote to change it.  The Predatory Credentialing System profits from atop that rubble, misery and grief.  Nobody asked my 15 dead friends their stories; and their testimonies rendered "offensive" before word one was ever offered.  I don't have HIV; I don't have a drug/alcohol abuse history; and I vote.  That said, increasingly, each vote is for Legislation/Bills, that consumes more resources, stamps a BigFoot CarbonFootprint on the backsides of Common Man and our beloved Industries, so a few have "more equality," but there is no such thing as "more equality."  The entire credentialing/Legislative system has been molested.

I am a NATURAL BORN GAY, monogomous, that never hid in a closet, cowering behind a woman, lieing and cheating and living a double-life.  Those are bi-sexual issues, gender-dysphoria issues.  Not Gay-issues.  I'm just gay, I'm 'into man-things,' not brainwashed to think that being 'gay' is about 'an inner-woman screaming to get-out.'  That's all nonsense.  I've never dressed-up in womens' clothes to fake being one.  Nor would I.  Ever.  That's a gender-dysphoria issue, not a Gay-issue.  But all other Natural Born Gays I've known have been killed-off, or enticed into things they'd never normally do.  Congress refuses my testimony.  The stereotypes are much like what is occuring between Wilson v Brown.  It's alarming.  What happened to my people, the Gay Demographic, is erasure and re-branding.  It's no different than if the entire population of Native Americans were exterminated, then a bunch of people from India imported, and children told, " ... that's what an Indian is."

THE MEANINGS OF 'IS' -- ISIS

I saw the video of Michael Brown, the video of him at the convenience store, grab-and-go.  I saw what bullies have always done to me, grab-n-go.  Then blame me.  Like it's my fault for breathing, for existing.  I know and understand why some people act that way, because they never had a fair shake, they heard "equality" all their lives and got none-of-that, just told, "you're lazy, stupid, ignorant, uneducated, schizophrenic, disgruntled, hateful, etc., etc., etc.,"  I can imagine looking through the eyes of the bully and seeing desperation, that no matter what he or she does, they will never have the elusive and extremely ever-more complicated 'american dream.'  Meanwhile, all are taught to worship extreme wealth as if it's "normal."  It is not.

 -- moderation is.  Be a person rich or poor, there is nothing but extremism in "maximizing the 'phaaat' bottom-line."  Moderation is a good thing.  Why is it that the Good 'ole Boys only promote the EXTREME?  I don't want a jet, I don't want a yaht, I don't need a luxury car, I need a vehicle I can wash-out with a hose.  I don't need a luxury apartment on wheels.  I don't need an entertainment center on the road.  I don't need 'the office' under my windshield, and I don't need cup-holders that dump every beverage on 'phaaat-bottom' upholstered chairs.  I need the "moldable foam" of roller-coasters, that I can spray-out with a hose.  I'd rather have a metal bench and carry my own butt-cushion.  Why make our products so damned extreme?  Extremely expensive, that is?

Michael Brown, if I can imagine looking through his eyes a moment, was probably thinking the same thing.  I don't think we're all that different.  I don't think we're aliens to one another.  I don't see 'nothing but DIVIDES,' I see mostly commonalities.

Our Predatory Credentialing System needs reform.  It's leaderless, rudderless and completely out-of-control.  There is no 'balance of power' -- and that system has The People brain-washed to say the Legislative Branch is " ... the government," and that "balance of power" is the difference between a Democrat and Republican.  IT IS NOT!  But it's somehow managed to usurp control over every aspect of Pursuits of Life, Liberty and Happiness.

 -- and our military, blaming and shaming everyone in uniform, except for the photo-ops.

I didn't know Michael Brown.  I didn't know Officer Wilson.  I don't know why he was being a bully.  Maybe both are.  Both were.  Maybe that's what happens when two bullies go head-to-head?  Cops have bullied me too.  But many a bully treats me that way.  Eventually, our peoples, as people, as diverse citizens, we have to forgive, but never forget, lest we learn nothing about where we've been, what we've gone through, together.

Eventually, we have to set-aside the suspicions, yet have nothing to do with blind-faith or blanket-trust.  To me, the Judas story is about that, a warning that one's most trusted ally, friend and confident, for just a few bucks, a few "sheckles," will turn-over so-called "evidence" to be used against you, will bear false witness and false testimony, sensationalized crap, against you, for money, fame, fortune, a phot-op, book-deal, which is the same as perverting testimony to pervert favor from the Mighty.

Know where that phrase is from?  " ... false testimony, false witness," the concept of " ... perverting testimony to pervert favor from the Mighty?"  It was a gift, to liberated peoples, five-thousand, seven-hundred and seventy-five years ago, give or take a few squabbles.  It's called The Torah, the words of Adonai, to advise, to warn, to council all people equally in pursuits of life, liberty and happiness, and justice for all, not just a few.  The translations and unfortunate transliterations may change, as language(s) evolve, but the concepts remain constant, for everybody, forever, mistranslated or not, the words irrelevant, the concepts divine.

 -- except to a Predatory Credentialing System.

We are born into it.  A system of injustice, a Legislative Branch as Pharoahs, and the credentialed as modern-day "egyptians."  Cops and troops are stuck in the middle, taking the blame.  They don't write the laws.  They don't write the union manuals they must worship, either.  They didn't even write the Registry, just add names, as told.  Legislators concocted it.  All of it.  All the 'donations' from the poorest of the poor would have had and, would-have more "bang for the buck" somewhere else, anywhere else.  They'll just take, take, take, anyway, why give 'em anything?  What have they made less-expensive in your/our lifetimes?  And when will the Credentialing System of Predatory Bullying ever be "giving back" except for fame and fortune for the few at the expense of the many?

If I stood before the Black Caucus' of the world today, or tomorrow, ever, I'd say these things, and be the first "outsider" in history that did not try to sell you something, or ask for 'donations' for my "investment in Me-isms, fame and fortune."  When has a 'big-ticket' Credential ever addressed the Black Community and not asked for $more$, $$more$$, $$$more$$$?  I ask for nothing.  It's not about the size of my 'credential,' either.  Asking for 'donations' would make a mockery of Adonai if I were to do so, ever.  So I never will.  That is a constant.  Period.

 -- give gifts to the needy, not the wealthy.  Adonai said that, too.  It's in The Torah, regardless of translation(s).

Yet, all they do is demand more, more, more from POCs.  Same with my demographic.  When did they not demand money?  When?  I don't care about skin color, just tell me when, damnit!  Liars!

After White Night, after the LA Riot, I saw a trend:  insurance scams, for one, where shop-owners burned-down their own buildings and blamed Blacks. Arson for hire.  And two, after the arsonists, were the racists, vandalizing businesses where Blacks worked, or were Black owned.  The news blamed Blacks, as usual.  That riot wasn't over in a day.  There was weeks of it.  And sporadic "flare-ups" for years.

I didn't participate in any of it.  I never burned anything down, never broke-out any windows, never looted anything.  But I understand the frustration.  Do we really need another billion-dollar 'study' of the same 'old thing, by the same 'ole 'credentials' that took money supporting every minute of a Predatory Credentialing System to begin with?  It's their "milk and honey," nobody else's.  So they profit more, eh?  As usual, eh?  Same 'ole, same 'ole, eh?  Scapegoat Blacks or Gays or Jews or Cops or Troops and raise taxes to "reform" ... what?  Reform what!  What exactly, liars!?  Every 'reform' is just the same Predatory Credentialing System getting 'phaaater' 'better.'

I see that in Ferguson, what I call the "La-Frisco" phenomenon (after Los Angeles and San Francisco riots), so I am asking protestors to be very careful in congregating, lest you be Registered, "guilty by association."  Civil Rights are pushed-back to the 1950's every time, while taking money from "victims" to victimize ever more.  This Predatory Credentialing System does all that stuff, for profit, subtly.  Now, taxes will increase, from Business and Occupation taxes to homeowners' insurance, reflected in mortgages and RENTS, to mandatory auto-insurance and all the fees and fines and crap they claim is not a tax but most certainly is.  Like higher prices for products and services (due to higher taxes/fees).  Not to mention Registries that are illegal and denied to be the "Black Lists" they truly are.  Everything they hate, they label either "Black" or "Gay," afterall.  The *PCS* (Predatory Credentialing System) profits from it.  Is there any question why we are trillions and trillions and trillions of dollars in debt?  You can't point your fingers at an individual and say, "Ahhh-huh!  You are to blame!  It's your fault!"  They are born into it, too.

It's "Black Friday," the day POC businesses go bankrupt the most, are rendered no-longer-viable; while White Establishment cleans-up from giving Thanks the day before.  Even the National Electrical Codes are racist Jim Crow-ism throw-backs, "white" wires are "common" and "black" wires will KILL YOU, subtle brainwashing.  They've spent billions training POCs to be electricians, chanting "the codes are normal."  It isn't.  It's just typical whitewashing EXTREMISM in disguise. 

 -- however, MODERATION is something ELSE, not "more of the same."

No Congressional Gay Hearing has ever been scheduled.  They'll hold hearings about the price of eggs in China, or the "validity" of "Imaginary Particles" in space, but nothing about life on Earth as a Natural Born Gay.  They'll hear "testimony" about anything, anything but have Gay Hearings.  Such hearings would cover every aspect of socio-economics, integration, education, all of it.  I've asked for forty years.  All the 'advances,' the 'gains,' are just "pie in the sky" vacuous and empty-promises.  And today, now, what is 'gay' or 'lesbian' is stereotyped and distorted, and we Natural Born Gays and Lesbians are blamed and shamed and scapegoated for profit more than ever.  Further, I am bullied by Whites and Blacks EQUALLY.  Is that the "american dream?"

Michael Brown's parents should receive full VA benefits and a modest stipend from the Federal officers' retirement program.  I know it's just a 'token,' but this war was not declared by them against anybody, it was assymetrically inflicted upon them, and they will never receive any form of 'equal treatment,' anywhere again.  At least the Military will strive to serve and protect them and give them some form of peace-of-mind (POM), their security permanently defrauded.

I forgive Officer Wilson, just as I forgive Michael Brown.  I understand the suspicion, the distrust, the frustration.  It's a tragedy, among an endless list of tragedies, in our Tragic Kingdom (like the band, "No Doubt," a brother and sister duo titled an album) and this system we are all born-into won't stop blaming and scapegoating and never takes personal-responsibility for anything.  It's not our government doing it, it's been usurped.  LET MY PEOPLE GO!
