Re:  HFA's response to President Obama's Immigration Policy Modification Proposal

To incur from inference of 'reform' anything that is either "new, improved, cleaner, better, brighter, whiter, more efficient, simpler, easier, less-complicated, less-expensive" in terms of either fairness, equality and justice for all, in a " ... more perfect union," and/or "executive order," merely perpetuates the status quo of inequity and privacy-rights intrusion.

Let me explain:  the "undocumented" in today's society is 'pre-ordained' a "felon," a "criminal."  This is the "stranger in a strange land" (a. "Egypt" is the modern word for the concept; b. only Literalists interpret the concept-name of "egypt/egyptian" as being a singular peoples from a singular location from a singular moment in 'history') --

 -- President Obama's "reasonable-sounding" proposals give preference to an industry that 'donates' to his preferred 'political-entity' within the Legislative Branch;

 -- the 'benefits' are only for future-generations of 'college-grads,' 'donating' back to said 'political-entity' via organized professional unions, for 'raises, perks, benefits,' so that said 'political entity' may "party on, dude" at tax-payer expense.

 -- further, said 'undocumented person(s)' must 'magically appear' at singular locations, flying place-to-place on an assumed zero-carbon-footprint 'magic-carpet' to fill-out paperFAKEwork, over and over, paying high fees, over and over, a redundant 'dance' of assumed 'wealth,' when they need real work to stimulate their own economies, the economics of Common Man, not the paperFAKEwork of clerics,  prison guards and prison-supply companies, and clerics, mostly unionized CLERICS.

 -- the cost-analysis is distorted before the GBO/GBA reviews the data, because it too favors the cleric, over Common Man.  These proposals will further indebt our country, and do nothing more than concoct a Registry of "not your kinds of people," as it perverts testimony to pervert the favor of the Mighty.

 -- the increase in 'prosecutions' prefers  awoman with child, who consumes the most resources, and discriminates against the singles, especially single males, who do the most real work, especially Gays and Lesbians, 'pre-ordained' as "criminals/felons" before appearing before judge, trial or jury, with no 'peers' present, fully disenfranchised from any hope of ever voting to 'change it.'

Therefore, sir(s), what do these proposals have to do with equality, or justice?  And how can it ever be said that the 'credentialed,' organized professionals, are not looking at a particular demographic through a lens of ad hominem?

 -- do the math; the 'more efficient, simpler, less expensive' aspects of growing a thriving population-base, clearly endorses the opposite, "just believe," being the President's moniker.  How convenient.

That said, to reduce costs for real, to reduce consumption of resources, especially natural resources, to reduce redundant waste and abuse of Common Man and government authority, all people must be treated equally under any form of Criminal Justice systems, be they 'documented' or not;  further, equality cannot be proved unless and until 'documentation amnesty' is granted BEFORE PROSECUTION of Criminal Acts (if any).

My proposal is from the Torah, which does include "three cities, as 'sanctuary' from 'manslayers,' (especially GayManSlayers, e.g. "'slayers of gays' via oppressive policies and/or Acts").

The main concern is that the "professionals" never take personal-responsibility for a system that costs more and more and more, not less.  When has a 'credential' ever made anything more-efficient and less-expensive for We The People?  If these 'professionals' are so incompetent at paperwork systems, that each misspelled word or 'improper response' results in more costs for the tax-paper, then we have a credentialing-system issue, not an immigration issue.  Capiche'?

We can't afford more paperwork, the outlawed jobs in logging, milling, and turning forest products into paper, which is increasingly a college-grad's "professional career in button-pushing," sitting before computer flat-screens that consume 3-7 times the real energy resources as the old CRT screens and systems, consumes more, costs more, not less, stamping a BigFoot 'carbon-footprint' onto the backs of Common Man with impunity.

We need a society that does not say, "Papers! Papers!" like Sgt. Schultz from Hogan's Heroes to every person within our borders.  Veterans' Day was just weeks ago, and what the President is now endorsing, is an insult to all those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for freedom, proving that the casus beli of World War II was 'propaganda,' not fact.  Is that your Legacy, Mr. Obama?

Speaker Boehner has not submitted a unilateral immigration proposal.  Why is he the target of 'anti-immigration' slander?

We need utilize higher technologies now; not as " ... a dream" for some "future, undisclosed time-period."  All the information and tracking of persons entering this country, or found within this country, can be 'processed' ON SITE, encoded on a microchip for criminals and volunteers who do not have the capability to carry a "portable office and filing-cabinet" of paperwork around with them as they struggle day-to-day to make ends meet.  We need a National Identification card with an encoded microchip that can be updated in near-real-time, for taxation and monitoring of those whom have been involved in crime.  As for the "illegality of border crossing," that is the opportunity to implant said encoding within the person.

I'll go first.  I call it a "ThirdEye" to protect my innocence against perverse testimony.  That system will reduce costs for real, and GayLandIs will be Administrators of said Repository, not the credential'd hack-job prone 'professionals' that just take, take, take, and give nothing but overly-complicated, expensive, so-called 'state-of-the-art' 'junk' in return.  There are two "Mr. Z's" that could help, although I cannot speak for them, obviously.

 -- we need more people, not less;

 -- we need less restrictions on free travel and free associations, not less.

Lastly, this will not only reduce costs for our own country, and make our own country safer, but will increase productivity, celebrate diverse Human Resources while reducing natural resource consumption for real, no 'beliefs' required at all, and no mindless chants of " ... just believe" endorsed as a State Sponsored Extremist Religious Movement, thusly serving and protecting all humankind, the entire HumanFamily from predatory credentialing-systems, a benefit to all countries and all peoples equally.

Marketing Reform Act (to put truth in "truth in advertising" and "truth in lending" for real, instead of faking it; align medical terminology with Education, eliminate contradictions/confusion that is merely "economic stimulus" to future generations of 'credential sales' whom unionize and 'donate' back to a particular political 'entity' of the Legislative Branch, profiting from atop rubble, misery and grief of subtle/subliminal suggestioning, at taxpayer expense)

 -- C. Paperwork Reduction Act II (eliminate redundant data)

 -- D. Prioritization of Health and Welfare Services: remove 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, etc., 'parties' between patient and doctor/nurse; burden of historical data on patient, not doctor; 'treat' by ailment, not procedure; no-paying for no-healing, otherwise it's organized quackery; fixed-salaries, annual COLA equal to SSA beneficiaries only; note: if in medical fields for compassion, prove it; if for fame/fortune, you have the wrong attitude).

On the news ticker this morning, on GMA, was a blurb about how the House Speaker, John Boehner breached protocol by inviting Israeli PM Netanyahu to address Congress.  I do not that that is correct.  The Speaker may invite anybody to address Congress.  As to whether or not all the 'chips' fall-in to place, and all the 'approvals' signed-off, etc., is another matter.  No singular individual can set the agenda of Congress, in other words.  Obviously.

 -- well, maybe terrorists.  Or, at least disrupt proceedings.

And the subtle promotion of PM Benjamin Netanyahu being somehow correlated with "terror" in a derogatory way, seems to be the agenda of many.  It's Palestinians and their supporters here and abroad, cheering with Iranians and Chechyns and Ugurs for the utter destruction of Russian, US'an, China's and Israel's governments, afterall, the EU inclusive.

It was similar forces that defeated Germany in WWI, then turned it over to a PhD cabal to rebuild it into a powerhouse of fascist militancy run by PhDs that attempted to overthrow the world just twenty years later; the German Citizen scapegoated.

I don't think the world is that complicated; just presented as "greatly complicated" for evil people to repeat the evils of history.  History never repeats itself, only evil people repeat evil deeds from history, against the rest of us, each and every individual an inherently unique and priceless life, their potential to pursue happiness and liberty according to their own Freewill, unless waylaid or circumvented by evil design.

I invited PM Netanyahu to address my country, my people, my world, my Legislative Branch within my government, as a citizen.  I have that right.  Thank you, Speaker Boehner, for extending my invitation to one of the most inspirational people in the world during my lifetime.

Did you know his picture on my list of Inspirational People on my Facebook page was defaced by cybervandals?  By haters?  Did you know, Speaker Boehner, that just because I displayed his picture, and the picture of Eva Lassman, Holocaust Survivor, that my Facebook page was attacked?  That my display of the TaNaKh on my Facebook page brought hatred against my person, my efforts, my pursuits of free expression and free speech and freedom to express in my own words my faith?

 -- they distorted my pics; they made my Inspirational People and my Book List, the TaNaKh, junk?  Did you know that?

 -- and when I expressed displeasure, was accussed of being "emotionally unstable"?  Did you know that?

It's shradenfraude, the "new, improved, cleaner, better, brighter, whiter, super-duper more efficient, less expensive" version, but the costs are the same:  incalculable.
